ALL YMCA Group Exercise Classes are FREE to YMCA Members. Class sizes are limited so make sure to register early. *Specialty Group Exercise Classes excluded.
For your convenience and ease at choosing a class targeted toward your fitness level, please use the following scale:
Level 1=Beginner Level 2=Intermediate Level 3=Advanced
*Many classes offer modifications to accommodate a wide range of exercise levels.
Chisel and Chat
Chisel and Chat Level 1 or 2
Aerobics, strength and stretching are the main components of this class.
Total Body Conditioning
Total Body Conditioning Level 2
This class mixes aerobic and floor exercises that gives the body an overall workout.
Strike
Strike Level 3
Cardio Kickboxing class using freestanding bags.
Body Works
Body Works Level 2 or 3
Strengthen, condition, and tone the major muscle groups ib this non-aerobic workout.
Zumba
Zumba Level 2
A cardio dance class that is a fun way to have a super workout.
Stretch and Tone
Stretch and Tone Level 1
A gentle, no impact stretching class to improve flexibility, balance and muscle tone.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi Level 1
Join Jill in the afternoon for a relaxing hour of Tai Chi. Center yourself while you improve your balance and range of movement.
Cardio Drumming
Cardio Drumming Level 2 or 3
Cardio Drumming transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. It provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’out!
Yoga
Yoga Level 1 or 2
This workout builds flexibility and core strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Each class is made up of 50 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 5 minutes of relaxation and meditation. Great for beginning exercisers (modifications given) and experienced participants. Morning and evening classes available.
