AQUACIZE
Join Beth Wetherill in the water for resistance training when working on cardio and muscle conditioning. Take the stress off your joints and improve your overall endurance in the low intensity water class. Build your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. Flexibility and balance are addressed as well as range of motion and core strengthening. Exercising in the water lessens the impact on joints which allow the participants to experience reduced or eliminated joint discomfort while in the water. Exercise are done using shallow to chest level water while incorporating the wall, pool noodles, pool weights, and kick boards. This class is perfect for any fitness level. Participants self-monitor their intensity and work accordingly. Modifications are demonstrated and encouraged to give each participant the work out he or she desires.
