Cycling Classes

Group Cycling

All-level group cycling class for an overall workout. Instructor: Beth Wetherill
$15 for members/$30 for non-members

Revolution

Cost is $15 for members and $30 for non-members.

Fit Fix!

This bootcamp style class is a mix of weighted and body weight moves that will build strength, improve flexibility, and burn fat. Instructor: Ryan Morgan

Program Times: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Fired Up!

Enjoy punching, jabbing, hooking, kicking and jumping in this cardiovascular workout. This non-contact class is done to music and uses moves from boxing to kickboxing. Free for members/$30 monthly for non-members Instructor: Michele Nalls

Additional Class: Friday 5:00pm-5:45pm; Cost is $1.00/class (pay as you come)

Chisel and Chat

Aerobics, strength and stretching are the main components of this class. Instructor: Diana Smith
Free to members/$30 for non-members

Total Body Conditioning

This class mixes aerobic and floor exercises that give the body an overall workout. Instructor: Marlene Jolliff
Free to members/$30 for non-members

Body Works

Strengthen, condition, and tone the major muscle groups in this non-aerobic workout. Instructor: Beth Wetherill
Free to members/$30 for non-members

Power45

A variety of workouts with weights and strength highlighted. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Instructor: Ryan Morgan

Program Times: Monday, & Wednesday 6:00pm - 6:45pm

Indoor Walking

Baby, its cold outside! Come over and walk our track. Winter only. Fee is $15.00 per month for non-members. Indoor Walking runs from November through April.


Program Times: Available most times when gym is not in use by gymnastics or cheer. Check with Front Desk.

Classes are offered monthly, sign up during YMCA hours at the front desk. Class prices may vary.
