Zumba-Strong

A great way to strengthen your Zumba skills. This class incorporates weightlifting with Zumba to create a fun strength training experience!

Land Zumba

A cardio dance class that is a fun way to have a super workout.

Stretch and Tone

A gentle, no impact stretching class to improve flexibility, balance, and muscle tone.

Group Cycling

All-level group cycling class for an overall workout.

Chisel and Chat

Total Body Conditioning

This class mixes aerobic and floor exercises that give the body an overall workout. Instructor: Marlene Jolliff

Strengthen, condition, and tone the major muscle groups in this non-aerobic workout. Instructor: Kathy Abbott

Indoor Walking

Baby, its cold outside! Come over and walk our track. Winter only. Fee is $15.00 per month for non-members. Indoor Walking runs from November through April.

Classes are offered monthly, sign up during YMCA hours at the front desk. Class prices may vary.
