Cycling Classes

Group Cycling

All-level group cycling class for an overall workout. Instructor: Denese McClure
$15 for members/$30 for non-members

Strike is a new weekly cardio kickboxing class offered once a week on Saturdays from 9:30am - 10:15am beginning in May. Sign up today for a place. Instructor: Kim Shepherd Becker

Chisel and Chat

Walking, strength and stretching are the main components of this class. Instructor: Cassie Collins

Total Body Conditioning

This class mixes aerobic and floor exercises that give the body an overall workout. Instructor: Marlene Jolliff
Free to members/$30 for non-members

Body Works

Strengthen, condition, and tone the major muscle groups in this non-aerobic workout. Instructor: Kathy Abbott
Free to members/$30 for non-members

Program Times: Monday, & Wednesday 5:00pm - 5:45pm

Indoor Walking

Baby, its cold outside! Come over and walk our track. Winter only. Fee is $15.00 per month for non-members. Indoor Walking runs from November through April.

Classes are offered monthly, sign up during YMCA hours at the front desk. Class prices may vary.
