Class meets:
Morning - Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-10:00am (Instructor: Alyssa Johnston)
Evening - Monday & Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm (Instructor: Chassie Schwemer)

Monthly class $15 members/ $30 non-members

Tae Kwan Do

A great program to develop confidence, discipline, selfesteem, and physical fitness. Ages 6+

SilverSneakers Yoga

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Cost is $30.00 for non-members and FREE to members.

Massage

Massage (relaxation, therapy, or hot stone) offered by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday; LMT Kathie Phillips (formerly "Therapeutic Touch"). Current rates vary by type and length of massage. Call the Y for more information or to schedule your appointment.
