Monthly class $15 members/ $30 non-members
Drop-in class pricing is available for $5.00 per class, when classes are ongoing.
Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Cost is $30.00 for non-members and FREE to members.
Massage (relaxation, therapy, or hot stone) offered by appointment only, Tuesday through Thursday; LMT Kathie Phillips (formerly "Therapeutic Touch"). Current rates vary by type and length of massage. Call the Y for more information or to schedule your appointment.
