Youth Volleyball

VOLLEYBALL LESSONS! Now available - For interested volleyball players, ages 8-16, YMCA Program Director, Kaylee King, will be providing private individual and group lessons at the YMCA. Kaylee played varsity volleyball throughout her high school career, where she won multiple awards for play! Download the form for registration attached here.


Youth Fitness Orientation:

This four-session class teaches youth, ages 12-15, the proper use of all exercise equipment in our weights room, as well as guidelines for creating an exercise routine. Upon successful completion of the class, youth are entitled to work out in the weights & equipment room unaccompanied by an adult. Instructor: TBA

Classes are offered by popular request - must have at least 3 registered to hold the course. Cost is $40; youth must be Y-member.
